Access management
In partnership with Dupuis Informatique, we have designed a system that manages door opening according to 4 models:
Only during a booking
The member can enter if they have a booking on that court at that time.
Men only / women only
For changing rooms or toilets, for example.
Certain groups only
For the committee room, for example.
All members
At any time — the clubhouse entrance door, for example.
Keys are replaced by RFID tags available in several formats, customisable (sponsors possible) and considerably cheaper. With one click in Plugin, you grant or revoke a person’s access. With a personal code per booking, sent by email or SMS, the court does not open before or after the booked period (configurable tolerance).
Attendance check with RFID badges
Check that the person who booked is the one actually playing. We supply the badge reader and fully customisable badges in any shape, to hand out to your members so they can validate their match.
Lighting controlled by the planner
The lights switch on at the start of the booking and off at the end. On request, we add internet-based lighting control.
