Plugin is an efficient and fast booking management site. The most practical thing is that it is online: you can manage all the settings from any device as long as you have internet access. It is easy to use, and the various pages contain enough instructions to know what you can do. And the site’s team is always there to answer questions.

As a newcomer to computing and to the job, François, alias Plugin, was my guiding light at work and has kept my database, booking and invoicing management shining from the very beginning. Always available, always listening, looking for solutions and providing answers to every problem while constantly innovating with the latest technologies. Thank you, François, for your professionalism and your humanity, which make computing almost pleasant and easy to use.

In 2008, the committee of Tennis Club Orsières decided to replace its badge-based booking system. François Coppey took up the challenge and created a first version that perfectly met our expectations. Its introduction at the start of 2009 was acclaimed by all our members. It was a complete success, both practically and financially: the booking rate went up, as did the number of subscribers. TC Orsières can only recommend Plugin.

TC Valère adopted Plugin during the winter of 2013-2014 and could not do without it to manage its 4 indoor and 6 outdoor courts. For users, Plugin is very simple, on PC as well as on mobile; since names are displayed only to logged-in people, confidentiality is ensured. For administrators, members, memberships and prices according to member status: everything is clear. Game, set and match Plugin!
